Common questions

01 What is included in a Brand Sprint?

You get a logo and a wordmark. We also set up your colors and fonts. You get a brand rules document, a digital brand book, and files for social media. Everything is delivered in a Figma file and as ready-to-use exports. We include three rounds of changes to make sure it is right.

02 What is the difference between a Sprint and a Foundation?

The Sprint is our full project. It gives you a complete brand system in two or three weeks. The Foundation is for the basics. It gives you the main logo and core rules over four to six weeks at a lower price. The quality is the same for both. Only the speed and the amount of work change.

03 How does the process work?

We start by talking about your goals. We agree on a path before any design starts. Then we show you ideas for the new look in real-world examples. We make changes until you are happy. Finally, we hand over all the files and the brand book. You can see more details in the process section.

04 What if I need more than what's included?

Some projects need more work. You might need a sub-brand or a specific ad campaign. If you need extra files, just tell us before we start. We can give you a clear price for that work too.

05 What kind of companies is this for?

06 Why not use a general design agency?

Yes. This is often when the work helps the most. Our first step is designed to find the right path for you even if you are just starting out and do not have everything figured out yet.

08 What happens after the project is delivered?

You receive all the final files and instructions. If you need more help later with new projects or more files, we can talk about that as a new job.
